These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of zenith-automations.com and the services provided by Zenith Automations ("Zenith Automations," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Zenith Automations provides consulting, setup and build services for GoHighLevel and related tools, including workflows and automations, AI chat and voice agents, websites and landing pages, A2P 10DLC registration support, phone, email and domain setup, reputation management, integrations, and ongoing support. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project are set out in a written proposal, quote or agreement ("Proposal").

2. Proposals, fees and payment

• Fees are as stated in your Proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required before work begins and the balance is due on completion or on the schedule in the Proposal.
• Monthly support or retainer plans are billed in advance and continue until cancelled with the notice stated in your Proposal.
• Third-party costs (for example, GoHighLevel subscriptions, phone numbers, messaging and email usage, A2P registration fees, ad spend, domains and software licenses) are your responsibility unless your Proposal says otherwise.
• Late payments may pause work until your account is brought up to date.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide timely access, information, content and approvals we need to complete the work.
• Maintain your own accounts with third-party platforms and keep your login credentials secure.
• Ensure that your use of the systems we build, including SMS, email, calls and AI agents, complies with applicable laws and carrier rules (such as the TCPA, CAN-SPAM and A2P 10DLC requirements), including obtaining proper consent from your contacts.

4. Third-party platforms

Our work relies on third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, telephony and messaging carriers, email providers, AI providers and integration tools. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, policy decisions or approval outcomes. A2P 10DLC and similar registrations are approved or rejected by carriers and their partners; we cannot guarantee approval or timing. Zenith Automations is an independent consultancy and is not affiliated with HighLevel Inc.

5. Revisions and changes

Each Proposal includes the revisions stated in it. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a change order with additional fees and time.

6. Intellectual property

Once paid in full, you own the deliverables created specifically for you, such as your website content, workflows and configurations. We keep ownership of our pre-existing templates, snapshots, methods and know-how, and grant you a license to use them as part of your deliverables. Unless you ask us not to, we may describe the work in our portfolio without naming your business.

7. Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to provide our services, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. SMS / text messaging terms

If you opt in to receive text messages from Zenith Automations, you agree to receive messages about your inquiry, appointments, project updates and, if you've agreed, offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 9. No guarantee of results

We build systems designed to improve response times, bookings and conversions, but results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, traffic and team follow-up. We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead or conversion outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenith Automations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months before the claim.

11. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a project in writing. Fees for work already completed, and any non-refundable third-party costs, remain payable. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun unless your Proposal states otherwise.

12. Website use

Website content is provided for general information. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your written Proposal controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
